Two Day Core Management Development Training Programme A 2-day off-site classroom based programme, to cover these core objectives:
Interviewing The core 2 day management development training programme was complemented by an initial day of interviewing with the managers to establish current roles and responsibilities. This helped 3C to tailor the management development training programme to the exact needs of the team.
Coaching Calls Shortly after the 2 day management development training programme, 3C also provided phone training in the form of short coaching calls to each delegate. This enabled the delegate to discuss successes and to have the opportunity to talk through any hurdles. Coaching calls also help to maintain momentum and ensure delegates are putting action points into practice. Review Workshop The final stage of the management development training was a follow up one day ‘review' training workshop 6-8 weeks later. This day worked extremely well in that it gave the delegates the opportunity to refresh on skills and share their achievements
