Workshop Aim

The workshop will explore the benefits and uses of the Training Impact Evaluator (TIE).

 

Before Attending

BEFORE joining, delegates will be able to complete a SAMPLE Evaluation online (a link will be sent on confirmation of booking).

 

Workshop Content

During the free workshop, delegates will:

• Discover how TIE enables measurement of IMPACT and VALUE of training (Kirkpatrick levels 3 and 4)

• Understand how TIE can be used to provide an ‘off the shelf' solution for measuring

    Management Development

    Customer Service

    IT Skills and the ITQ certification

    NVQs and Apprenticeships

 

• Explore how TIE can be adapted to fit company specific training programmes

• Learn how to use your TIE reports as an effective appraisal tool

 

Workshop Objective

At the end of the session, each delegate will receive a SAMPLE evaluation report from TIE based on the evaluation that they completed before attending.

 

The Training Impact Evaluator is an online solution that delivers evaluation at Kirkpatrick Level 3 and 4. TIE+ will also provide level 1 and level 2 measurements.
