Creating effective virtual teams
Introduction

Virtual teams face very specific challenges – in particular, the complexity of managing flexible working as well as the performance, motivation and effective communication of remote workers. This programme delivers specific practical skills and techniques to everyone (including the manager) who has to work in a virtual team. Naturally the programme is delivered via a range of virtual media, with individual coaching for managers and group sessions for the whole team.
