by our expert trainer, into which the
delegates can dial from locations all
over the world, saving time and money. It is a
highly intensive training medium which delivers
its results in approximately half the time taken in
the classroom.

integrates work in the classroom
with other techniques in order to
really drive learning home.
Forum Theatre A group of actors and a highly
skilled facilitator create a short play
that encapsulates the key issues to
be discussed. After viewing the play
once, skilful facilitators encourage the audience
to take control of the play (and the actors) and
re-work it to address the issues effectively.
Usually packed with humour, Forum Theatre
programmes are often the most memorable
learning events that delegates ever experience.
Training Needs Analysis A detailed Training Needs Analysis is
conducted to establish core training
needs prior to the training design
and delivery. This is a consultant-led
process which adds substantial value in ensuring
that training meets company and individual
objectives. Training Needs Analysis provides the
structure for comprehensive evaluation.

between sessions as part of selected
