The ROI Academy™ is at the forefront of training evaluation. We have produced a turn-key solution that will enable us to provide answers to what we call the 6 critical questions:

  1. What difference is management development making to our organisation?
  2. What is the impact of management development on our current goals?

  5. What opportunity is there to increase management competence without additional cost?

 The ROI Academy™ Process

Our process is based on scientific and business principles. It is a logical 4 step process:

  1. we construct a model to predict what the likely benefits will be from your programme
  2. we collect data that we can use to test the model
  3. we input the data into the model and record the results
  4. we produce reports and provide answers to the 6 critical questions

Based on best practice and our experience of the national occupational standards, we have constructed a template model to evaluate management development programmes. Working with you, we will customise the model to fit your particular programme.

Working Together

We will assign an ROI Academy™ consultant to the evaluation project. Whilst much of the work will be done offsite, our consultant will need to spend time onsite working with you to customise our models, and to design and discuss the implementation of data collection.  This will typically be 4 - 5 days, but could be as much as 8 - 10 days for larger programmes.
