• The key metrics of ROI used by finance teams

• How Business Value Drivers create financial value

• How to measure and value soft skills

• How the PROCESS of measuring ROI in training is a value adding activity, independent from any specific numerical value

Workshop Part 2

• The value of working on the training evaluation project
• ROI in training tools and techniques that would be appropriate for the project
• What specific data would be needed to take the project to the next stage? How might this be collected?
• How to scope a work plan for the training evaluation project

In the afternoon, delegates will start applying the tools to a project specific to their own ROI needs, under the guidance of our expert in ROI in training and training evaluation, or work on a case study if they prefer.
