Our unique phone training approach - Phone Delivered Training™(PDT™) - uses a virtual training room, hosted by our expert trainer, into which delegates can dial from locations all over the world, saving time and money. It is a highly intensive phone training medium which delivers its results in approximately half the time taken in a classroom.

Phone Training is ideal for those who mainly work on the phone, allowing them to learn in the medium in which they work. It enables the easy transfer of skills from the training to the working environment.

Phone training can be used to deliver a range of programmes including telephone skills, customer service skills, telephone sales training and consultative sales. It can be used as the sole delivery method or in conjunction with Classic Classroom, depending on the programme and client requirements.
